Touch of Class is the only factory houseboat currently in the Flat Hollow Marina rental program. It has 5 separate bedrooms (sleeps 10) and 2 full bathrooms with TVs in each bedroom. This house has a cozy living room and kitchen and the lower bow out the living room offers a spacious sitting area to take in the scenery. One can continue the fun to the upper deck and enjoy the large open deck with plenty of seats and a grill great for entertaining. The aft offers a covered deck with a step down to a swim platform for ease into and out of the water.
