It is situated in a quiet mid harbor location. There is a covered front deck with additional dock space in front. New larger, angled steps have been added for easier access to the deck from the water. Amenities include a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, central heat and air, television and DVD player, gas grill, and a slide.
