Naughty Pine
Pull your boat into the attached covered slip to begin your one of a kind vacation! The Naughty Pine floating house has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8), and 2 baths. For an enjoyable water/sun experience, you have one large sun deck w/seating, a covered deck area w/seating, and a smaller sundeck equipped with a water slide, along with three ladders (2 in front, and one on the backside of the house) for ease of getting out of the water. The front of the house faces the beautiful Chuck Swan Nature Preserve.
The house has central AC/Heat, washer/dryer, 46”TV/DVD/VCR/CD Stereo, and a 24” TV in front bedroom. It is also equipped with Direct TV, and a permanent Sirius rooftop antenna….just plug in your Sirius faceplate and enjoy your music! Indoor and outdoor speakers make your listening experience a pleasure! The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and electric fry pan and everything you may need for ease of preparing meals! A gas grill out front is for your convenience.
Bedroom 1 and 2 each have queen size beds, and bedroom 3 has one double bed – along with a set of bunk beds. .
