The house has Central AC/Heat, washer/dryer, 32”TV/VCR/DVD,CD, complete kitchen including dishwasher oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, etc. It has a covered deck and two sun porches, swim ladder, slide and a gas grill that is great for swimming or just lounging. Bedroom 1 and 2 has a queen bed; bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a single on top and a queen size bed. Enjoy the view facing Chuck Swan Nature Preserve.
